Welderup Kustoms Mud Guards are not only purpose built for your tray build, but are damn sexy!
Welderup Kustoms are now offering Custom Mud Guards.
In some cases our standard measurements and angles on our mud guards may not suit your needs.
Based on our Rigid 60o Mud Guards, you can customise all measurements and angles to suit your needs.
Top Length, Top Width, Front Fold Length & Angle, Rear Fold Length & Angle, Taper/Flare Length & Angle, With or Without Slots and/or Slot Location.

Slotted top for ease of fitment and adjustment
All welds dressed for a smoother look

Uncoated (Steel) - ZincSeal* (Lead time approx 4 weeks)
Uncoated (Alloy) - Raw* (Lead time approx 4 weeks)
Satin Black Powdercoat (Lead time approx 5 weeks)
*Uncoated - ready to prime and paint to match your tray
*Scratches, blemishes and tooling marks may be present as our raw alloy guards aren't intended to be left uncoated or unpainted.

After placing your order with full payment, please email us at shop@welderupkustoms.com.au with your order number (eg. WK1234-OS) as the subject line.
In your email please be specific with everything you want customised. At a minimum, please include the following:
Material (2mm Zincseal (Mild Steel) or 3mm Aluminium are the only options)
Total Width (345mm is standard)
Top Width (290 is standard)
Top Length (562mm is standard - this will be adjusted to keep overall opening at 900mm unless specified otherwise)
Front Fold Length (287mm is standard)
Front Fold Angle (60 degrees is standard)
Rear Fold Length (417mm is standard)
Rear Fold Angle (60 degrees is standard)
Overall Opening (900mm is standard)
If slots in top for fitment are required and/or slot locations (standard is 25mm from outside and inside top edges)

The price of the custom guards includes:
The costs of having the custom guards drawn (DXF file for Laser Cutting)
Material Cost (Mild Steel or Aluminium)
Laser Cutting of Mud Guards (in 2mm Zincseal Mild Steel or 3mm Aluminium)
MIG Welding of Mild Steel or TIG Welding of Aluminium
Dressing Welds of Mild Steel Guards Only
Powdercoating (ONLY IF SELECTED IN CHECKOUT)
Should your chosen angles and/or measurements require more material than is covered by what you have paid, you may be required to pay any additional costs before your Custom Mud Guards are put into production.
If you have chosen to have your custom order shipped, the finished size of your mud guards may exceed what Sendle will allow us to send with them, as such you may be liable for additional shipping costs if we must freight with another carrier allowing larger packages.
Any Engineers Drawings & DXF Files will remain property of Welderup Kustoms and as such will not be provided with the sale.
